IESCO Request for Bids — NCB-246: Construction of 1 No. Line Bay at 132 kV Grid Station Lakarmar

Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) PMU invites sealed e-bids from eligible contractors for procurement of civil works under the IESCO Multiyear Tariff for FY 2026-27. The works include construction of one (01) line bay at the 132 kV Grid Station Lakarmar (controlling the 2nd circuit Lakarmar to Tamman). Bidding will follow Single Stage – One Envelope procedure in accordance with Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and IESCO procurement regulations.

• All bids must be accompanied by the required Bid Security in the form(s) specified in the bidding documents.
