Ravi Urban Development Authority Public Notice: 3.0708 Acres Offered in Mauza Marlapr, Sheikhupura

Issuer: Ravi Urban Development Authority (RUDA), Government of the Punjab, Lahore.

RUDA has been offered land measuring 3.0708 acres in Mauza Marlapr, Tehsil Ferozwala, District Sheikhupura. The land corresponds to Khewat Nos. 13, 14 and 290 and has been offered for sale to RUDA by Mr. Siraj Din S/O Muhammad Ismail through ARD (Pvt.) Ltd., chaired by Syed Rehan bin Waris Gillani.

Any person, bank or organization having any objection to the proposed purchase — including claims of ownership, inheritance, mortgage, dispute, gift, lease, lien, charge, maintenance, easement or any other encumbrance — must submit a written objection with supporting proof to the undersigned within 7 days of publication of this notice. Objections received after the stipulated period will not be entertained.
