Issuer: Government of Pakistan, Ministry of Information & Broadcasting (Prime Minister’s Special Relief Scheme).
Purpose: Provide targeted fuel relief for owners/drivers of motorcycles, chingchis, rickshaws and small private cars.
Eligibility: Vehicles registered on or after 2006-01-01 are eligible.
How to register (SMS): Send a free SMS to 9771 starting with the word REG and include your CNIC (national ID), vehicle registration number and vehicle registration date in DD/MM/YYYY format as indicated by the scheme. SMS to 9771 is free. For full details use the official website below.
