FESCO Invitation for Bids – Supply of Wiring & T&P Materials for 132 kV Grid Stations (2026-27)

Faisalabad Electric Supply Company Limited (FESCO) invites e-bids under Single Stage - One Envelope bidding procedure for supply of wiring and tools & plant (T&P) material for multiple 132 kV grid stations for the 2026-27 period. Bids will be evaluated on an overall/whole-rate basis.

Key submission and eligibility information:

- Submission method: Electronic bids only via EPADS (www.epprocure.gov.pk). Original bid security/instruments as instructed must be submitted as required.

- Submission deadline: Bids must be submitted on EPADS on or before 2026-09-22 by 11:00 AM; electronic bids will be opened at 11:30 AM the same day.

- Eligibility: Bidders (suppliers/manufacturers/contractors) must be registered with relevant tax authorities, be on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) and provide Income Tax and Sales Tax registration certificates. Bidders must have successfully completed at least two contracts of similar nature as main contractor within the last ten (10) years (awarded by WAPDA/NTDC/DISCOs etc.) and provide completion certificates; the cumulative value of completed contracts must meet the advertised requirement.

- Bid security: A bid security as specified in the bidding documents (typically 5% of the estimated amount) is required. Bid securities must be valid for the period stated and original instruments submitted as required. Bid validity period is 150 days; bid security shall remain valid 28 days beyond bid validity.

- Other requirements: Bidders must submit taxable registration details, provide financial capability evidence (cash/cash equivalents/current commitments) as requested, and comply with instructions in the bidding documents. FESCO reserves the right to accept/reject any or all bids in accordance with PPRA rules.
