Punjab Small Industries Corporation Tender: Water Supply Line & Pump Room at Sargodha

Issuer: Punjab Small Industries Corporation (PSIC). Procurement method: Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure through Punjab e-Procurement System (eP). Bidders are invited for hiring of firms/contractors for provision of a water supply line and construction of a pump room at SIE Sargodha.

Eligibility and requirements:

- Valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-4 or above for the current year, or a valid legal entity registered with SECP, or Government-owned organizations.

- Registration with relevant tax authorities and valid tax certificates (FBR, PRA etc.).

- Undertaking on judicial stamp paper that the firm was never blacklisted by PSIC or any government department.

- Valid certificates from relevant departments/authorities as required.

Submission and bid details:

- Tender process and submission exclusively via Punjab e-Procurement Portal: https://ep.punjab.gov.pk. Bidding documents (technical & financial) are available on the Punjab e-Procurement portal and PPRA website (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk).

- Bids must be submitted online on the Punjab e-Procurement system by the specified deadline; technical proposals will be opened online at 11:00 AM on the opening date (applicants or their representatives may attend the opening in Committee Room, 1st Floor, PSIC House, 23-A Davis Road, Lahore).

- Earnest money (5% of tender cost) must be uploaded in the form of CDR in favour of Director (W&D), PSIC Head Office Lahore as instructed on the e-Procurement portal before the closing date/time.

- Tender validity: 180 days from date of submission of bids.

- Bidders must follow PPRA Rules 2014 (Single Stage Two Envelope).

- Any false information may lead to disqualification under Clause 19 of PPRA Rules 2014 (as amended).
