Bid security: Submit fresh CDR / Bank Guarantee @ 2% of estimated price as bid security (refundable) through PSID on Punjab e‑Procurement System (eP) in the manner prescribed by the Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB) / Punjab e‑Procurement System.
Notes: The institute will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by bidders in preparation, delivery, or electronic submission of bids. If the opening date is declared a public holiday or non‑working day by the government, the next official working day shall be considered the submission and opening date.
