NAB Sukkur Tender: Outsourcing Office Boys, Plumbers, Gardeners & Janitorial Staff

National Accountability Bureau (NAB), Sukkur invites sealed bids via E-PADS (procure.gov.pk) for outsourcing services of office boys, plumbers, gardeners and janitorial staff for NAB Sukkur (Airport Road, near Sukkur IBA University) for an initial one-year period, extendable up to two additional years subject to satisfactory performance. Submission deadline: 2 July 2026 at 11:00 AM; technical proposals will be opened the same day at 8:30 AM in the presence of bidders/representatives.

Eligible bidders must have valid sales and income tax registrations and an active ATL. Bids must follow the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure and include bid security of Rs. 500,000 (physically and online) in the form of a bank draft/pay order in favor of NAB. Bids are valid for 30 days; successful bidder must furnish performance security equal to 10% of the contract amount. NAB Sukkur reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to alter required posts/numbers as per rules.
