NHA Invites e-Bids for Improvement & Widening of N-5 Road Sections (Phool Nagar–Manga; Manga–Ring Road)

Issuer: National Highway Authority (Central Zone). Invitation for electronic bids for improvement and widening of two road sections on National Highway N-5. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Income Tax Department, listed on the Active Taxpayers List (FBR), and hold a valid PEC license for Financial Year 2026-27 with the required specialization codes.

Procurement method: Single Stage – Two Envelopes (e-bidding). Bidders must submit e-bids by the stated deadline and provide bid security in the form specified in the bidding documents (deposit at call or bank guarantee). Technical bids will be opened shortly after submission deadline on the same day.
