CDA Tender: Construction of Footpath and Drainage Rehabilitation in Sector 1-8/3 & 4 and Faizabad Bus Stop, Islamabad

Issuer: Capital Development Authority (CDA) — Market & Roads Maintenance South. CDA invites sealed e-bids for construction works described below. Procurement will be conducted through EPADS v2.0 using Single Stage-One Envelope and Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) in accordance with Public Procurement Rules, 2004.

- Bid security must be provided as described in the bidding document in the form of Pay Order, Call Deposit (CDR) or bidders may submit a bid securing declaration in the prescribed format. Scanned copy of bid security shall be uploaded on EPADS; the original instrument must be submitted on dated 11.09.2026 against the firm's account. The name of the firm must be clearly mentioned on the instrument.

- Manual submission of bids will not be accepted. Bids will be opened publicly in the presence of authorized representatives who choose to attend.
