M.E.S. (CMES PAF Chaklala) Tender – Provision of Facilities at Chaklala, Kamra, Chakwal, Kallar Kahar & Skardu

Scope: Sealed tenders are invited under PPRA Rules 13(1) of 2004 for provision of certain facilities at multiple locations: Chaklala, Kamra, Chakwal, Kallar Kahar and Skardu.

Key submission and eligibility requirements:

• Tender documents will be issued only to firms whose applications and credentials (as required at Serial 9) are scrutinized and found to meet experience and special conditions for the job and area.
• Contractors must provide a certificate confirming they are not involved in any litigation with any government department and that no adverse report from the Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation (E-in-C's Branch, GHQ) is outstanding against them.
• All applicants must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and must submit a copy of their PEC registration. Contractors not registered with PEC are ineligible.
• Contractors listed on the approved MES list in Category 'D' and above and having the required experience may apply.
• The accepting officer reserves the right to accept or reject any tender. Rejected tenders will be dealt with as per Para 33(1) of PPRA Rules.
