Tender: Pre-Qualification & Bidding for Miscellaneous Works and Consultancy at DCI Islamabad

Department of Works & Chief Engineer (DW&CE) Directorate of Construction & Infrastructure (DCI), Islamabad invites applications for pre-qualification and bidding from firms/contractors (enlisted and non-enlisted with MES) for miscellaneous works and consultancy services at DCI Islamabad. Bidding documents will be issued only to qualified contractors. Firms not enlisted with MES must attach 2% earnest money of the contract cost in the shape of CDR/Defence Saving Certificates pledged in favour of DW&CE (DCI) Islamabad.

Applications for pre-qualification will be received from 2026-08-28 onward until 2026-09-10. Sealed bids will be received in the office of DW&CE (DCI) up to 12:30 hrs on 2026-09-11 and will be opened the same day at 14:00 hrs in the presence of authorized representatives.
