E-Procurement Tender — Beautification & Decorative Lighting Works | Municipal Corporation Sahiwal

Issuer: Chief Officer, Municipal Corporation Sahiwal. Municipal Corporation Sahiwal invites e-bids under the PPRA E-Procurement Single Stage Single Envelope procedure for the beautification, decorative lighting and allied works on main roads including Brand Road and College Road, Sahiwal.

Eligibility: Contractors/firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category/codes and registered for GST/NTN/PST may participate. All participating firms must be registered on the Punjab PPRA e-procurement website and submit earnest money (CDR) equal to 5% of the estimated bid cost in favor of Chief Officer, Municipal Corporation Sahiwal. The original CDR must be submitted to the Municipal Officer at least half an hour prior to bid opening; failure to submit will render the bid non-responsive. Submission of any fake information or documents (e.g., CDR/receipt) will lead to disqualification and potential blacklisting with recommendations to PPRA/PEC. The procuring agency reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities and to accept or reject bids as per PPRA rules.
