Tender for Testing Services to Conduct Hajj-2027 Selection Tests — Ministry of Religious Affairs, Islamabad

The Ministry of Religious Affairs & Interfaith Harmony invites sealed technical and financial bids (Single Stage-Two Envelope) for hiring testing services to design and conduct written and physical tests for selection of Khuddam-ul-Hujjaj/Nazimeen and a written test for the Hajj Medical Mission for Hajj-2027. Bidders must have minimum 3 years' relevant experience, valid NTN/GST/ATL status and must not be blacklisted.

Bid security: Rs.5,000,000 in the form of bank draft/pay order/bank guarantee payable to Secretary, M/o RA&IH. Bidding documents are available free on EPADS, www.mora.gov.pk and www.ppra.gov.pk. Submit bids via EPADS only by 20 July 2026 at 10:30 hrs; bids will be opened the same day at 11:00 hrs in the Committee Room, Mo RA&IH, 1st Floor, Kohsar Block, Pak Secretariat, Islamabad.
