Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites electronic bids for the construction of the Federal Election Academy and other offices of the Election Commission of Pakistan at H-11/4, Islamabad. This procurement is for deposit works planned for FY 2026-27; bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and provide the required bid security as specified in the bidding documents.
