Tender: Construction/Supply of Waterproof Fish Seed Nurseries — Directorate General Fisheries Sindh (Inland), Hyderabad

Issuer: Directorate General Fisheries Sindh (Inland), Hyderabad. Tender invited under Annual Development Program ADP #1300 "Development of Genetically Improved Fish Brood Stock for Aquaculture" for the current fiscal year 2026-27 on e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS).

Scope: Procurement and installation of waterproof fish seed holdings / nurseries measuring 10 x 20 x 3 ft with inlet & outlet system and covered with predator net.

Key submission requirements and conditions:

• Bid security: 5% of the offered price in the form of Demand Draft / Call Deposit in favor of Director General Fisheries Sindh (Inland), Hyderabad.
• Bidders must purchase bidding documents from the Directorate by submitting a written application and non-refundable fee in the form of Call Deposit / Pay Order in the name of Director General Fisheries Sindh (Inland), Hyderabad.
• Firms/companies/suppliers/sole distributors must have valid registration with Income Tax and General Sales Tax (FBR).
• Submission method: Single Stage — One Envelope. Firms shall prepare one envelope containing TECHNICAL AND FINANCIAL PROPOSALS.
• Bids must be quoted inclusive of all government taxes where applicable and in Pakistani Rupees. Taxes/liabilities will be deducted as per government policy.
• Blacklisted/defaulter companies/suppliers/distributors are not eligible to participate.
• The procuring agency reserves the right to cancel the bidding process at any time prior to acceptance as per SPPRA rules.
• Supply orders will be issued subject to release of funds by the Finance Department. If a public holiday falls on an announced day, tenders will be opened on the next working day. No split or partial bids will be accepted.
