National Vocational & Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC), Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training, Government of Pakistan, invites Expressions of Interest (EOIs) for pre-qualification of technically and financially sound public and private training providers to deliver free specialized training programs under priority sectors (Prime Minister’s Youth Program). Eligible institutes include Technical and Vocational Training Institutes, universities, SMEs and other entities that can provide internationally recognized certifications.

Key requirements and notes:
- Each institute can apply for only one sector; if applying for more than one, relevant infrastructure for each sector is required.
- Institutes must meet NAVTTC-prescribed infrastructure and notified qualifications; NAVTTC may verify resources during pre-qualification.
- No joint ventures (JVs) allowed. Only NAVTTC-registered institutes will be entertained.
- Institutes affiliated/accredited with international bodies will be preferred.
- Provision of biometric machines and CCTV cameras with IP links is mandatory.
