NAVTTC EOI 2026 — Pre-Qualification for Training Service Providers (Apply by 2026-10-02)

National Vocational and Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC), Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training, Government of Pakistan, invites Expressions of Interest (EOIs) for pre-qualification of technically competent and financially sound public and private technical and vocational training institutes, universities, small and medium enterprises and other entities to deliver specialized training programs under multiple priority sectors. These free training programmes are offered under the Prime Minister’s Youth Programme (PMYSDP) and must lead to internationally recognized certifications.

Eligibility & key notes: Only technically competent and financially sound institutes are eligible. Each applying institute must have the infrastructure and facilities as prescribed by NAVTTC and must be NAVTTC-registered (only NAVTTC registered institutes will be entertained). An institute may apply for only one sector unless it has the relevant infrastructure for additional sectors. Institutes affiliated or accredited with international bodies will be preferred. Provision of biometric machines and CCTV cameras with IP links is mandatory. NAVTTC may involve internal/third-party resources during pre-qualification.
