Municipal Corporation Gujranwala Tender: Framework Contracts for Road Patchwork & Graveyard Boundary Repair (e-bids due 2026-09-21)

Chief Officer, Municipal Corporation Gujranwala invites e-bids from Contractors/Firms/Manufacturers/Authorized Dealers registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System and registered with FBR, PRA and the Pakistan Engineering Council (relevant category) for framework contracts for FY 2026-27. All bids must be submitted online through the e-Procurement portal (https://epp.punjab.gov.pk/) as per the schedule below. Physical bid securities will not be accepted.

Key submission instructions and dates

- E-bid submission deadline: 2026-09-21 at 11:00 AM (all bids must be uploaded on the e-Procurement System).

- E-bids opening: 2026-09-21 at 11:30 AM (bidders or their representatives may attend).

- Bid security: 5% of the estimated price must be submitted electronically through the e-Procurement System (in accordance with PPRA instructions). No physical bid-security will be accepted.

- Performance guarantee: Lowest evaluated bidder must submit Performance Security/Guarantee @10% of contract amount within 15 days of receipt of the offer letter in favor of the Chief Officer Municipal Corporation Gujranwala in the form of CDR or Bank Guarantee only.

- Bidding procedure: Single Stage Single Envelope (SSSE) as per PPRA Rules 2014. Conditional or late bids will not be accepted. Bids valid for 120 days.

- Bidders must complete and authenticate e-bids (upload PDF) and ensure timely upload. If submission falls on official holiday, next working day will apply.
