Issuer: Medical Superintendent, DHQ Hospital Nankana Sahib. Purpose: Invitation for e-bids for Framework Contracts for the supply of Office Stationery, X-Ray Films & Chemicals, Blood Bank/Laboratory Kits & Chemicals, Dental Materials & Medicines, Bedding & Clothing, General Store Items, Medical Gases, Dialysis items, and Information Technology items for FY 2026-27 under the budgetary umbrella of the Government of the Punjab, Health & Population Department. Supplies to be delivered on Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis.

- Method: E-bidding via Punjab E-Procurement System (single stage – two envelopes) as per Rule 38(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.

- Bid Security: Must be provided in shape of CDR/Bank Draft as per the bidding documents. Original CDR (Bid Security) and required affidavits must be delivered to the Procurement Branch before closing date & time as directed in the bidding documents.

- Only typed quoted rates will be accepted. Alterations/corrections will not be accepted and the offered rate will not be considered if corrections are present.

- Bidders must prepare & submit bids enlisting all items/products intended to be quoted and attach all relevant documents and samples as required. Items must be quoted as per tender inquiry number and sequence in bidding documents.

- Submission & Opening: The last date and time for uploading/submission of e-bids is 2026-09-10 until 10:30 AM on the Punjab E-Procurement System. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:00 AM on the Punjab E-Procurement System in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.

- Procurement will be conducted in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 and Punjab e-Procurement System procedures.
