• All bids must be uploaded on the Punjab e‑Procurement (PPRA) system. Bids will be accepted only from firms already registered on the Punjab e‑Procurement system.
• Bidding procedure: Single Stage, Two Envelopes as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, rule 38(2)(a).
• It is mandatory for bidders to participate in all items of the lot as specified.
• Firms must submit 2% bid security of the estimated cost electronically on the Punjab e‑Procurement system in accordance with Rule 27 of PPRA Rules 2014.
• Bid validity: 120 days from the date of bid submission.
• Procurement governed by amended Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. The procuring entity may cancel the tender at any stage as per Rule 35 of PPRA Rules 2014.
