Directorate General Fisheries Sindh (Inland), Hyderabad invites sealed bids on e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (ePADS) under Annual Development Program ADP #1300 “Development of Genetically Improved Fish Brood Stock for Aquaculture” for procurement of waterproof fish seed holdings/nurseries.
Key instructions: firms/companies/suppliers/sole distributors must submit a written application with non-refundable tender fee and 5% bid security (Demand Draft/Call Deposit) in favor of Director General Fisheries Sindh (Inland), Hyderabad. Bidders must have valid registration with FBR, Income Tax and General Sales Tax (GST). Bids must be in Pakistani Rupees. Single-stage, one-envelope procedure; each envelope should contain both technical and financial proposals. Blacklisted/defaulting firms are not eligible. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to cancel the bidding process as per SPPRA rules.
