Key terms & submission instructions: Bids to be submitted online through the e‑procurement system (EPADS). Single Stage–Two Envelope procedure will be used for evaluation. All bids must be accompanied by the specified Bid Security in acceptable forms (Pay Order, Banker’s Cheque, Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft) and must remain valid as specified. Bidders must be registered on the EPADS portal and comply with procuring agency rules and instructions. Bid validity and bid security conditions apply (bid validity 120 days is required; bid guarantee must remain valid at least 28 days beyond bid validity). Incomplete or late bids will not be accepted.
