PAA Tender: Installation & Illumination of DBMS on Runway 35/17R — BKIAP Peshawar

Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) invites sealed/electronic bids under PPRA Rule 36(a) from contractors/firms with engineering expertise/resources and valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration (at least C-6 or above) for providing and installing illumination of DBMS installed on Runway 35/17R at Bacha Khan International Airport (BKIAP), Peshawar.

Submission & procurement method: Bids must be submitted electronically through the PPRA e-Procurement system (https://eprocure.gov.pk) per conditions in bidding documents. Bidders must also submit a hard copy of the bid to the Office of Divisional Engineer ES & M, BKIAP, Peshawar before the closing time and date. Scanned copies of bid security shall be uploaded on the e-procurement portal.

Mandatory documents (summary): Original Bid Security in favour of Pakistan Airports Authority; certificate of incorporation/memorandum & articles or partnership deed/sole proprietorship evidence (attested); Active Taxpayer List (ATL) & NTN certificate; Professional Tax Certificate (Excise & Taxation Dept., Govt. of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa); valid PEC license (C-6 or above) with relevant specialization codes (EE-04, EE-06 & EE-11); affidavit on non-judicial stamp confirming not blacklisted; details of arbitration/litigation on non-judicial stamp if applicable; power of attorney when applicable; all pages of bidding documents to be signed & stamped by authorized representative.

Important notes: Tenders without required earnest money will not be entertained. Pay Orders/Bank Drafts or other financial instruments found fake or dishonored will result in blacklisting and legal action. No tender documents will be received by post or after the closing time (1100 hrs on the opening date).
