PAA Tender: Installation of DBMS Runway Illumination (Runway 35-17R) at BKIAP Peshawar

Issuer: Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA). Invitation for electronic and hard-copy bids for providing and installing illumination of the DBMS installed on Runway 35-17(R) at Bacha Khan International Airport (BKIAP), Peshawar. Eligible bidders: contractors/firms with engineering expertise/resources and valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration of at least C-6 with relevant specialization codes EE-04, EE-06 or EE-11.

How to apply: Bids must be submitted electronically via the PPRA e-procurement system (https://eprocure.gov.pk) before the closing time and date. In addition, a hard copy of the bid and the original bid security must reach the office of the Divisional Engineer ES & EM, BKIAP, Peshawar prior to bid submission time.

Mandatory documents: original bid security in favor of Pakistan Airports Authority; scanned copy uploaded to e-procurement; certificate of incorporation / constitution documents or partnership deed / sole proprietorship proof (attested); Active Taxpayer List (ATL) status and NTN certificate; Professional Tax Certificate issued by Excise & Taxation Dept., Govt. of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa; valid PEC license/certification (C-6 or above) with relevant specialization codes (EE-04, EE-06, EE-11); affidavit on non-judicial stamp regarding non-blacklisting; details of arbitration/litigation (if any); power of attorney (if applicable); and bidding documents signed and stamped on each page by the authorized representative.

Notes: PAA reserves the right to reject any or all bids per PPRA rules. Tender documents will not be accepted by post or after the closing time. Warning regarding fake financial instruments: fake pay orders/bank drafts or guarantees will lead to blacklisting and legal action.
