Office of the District Council Vehari invites electronic bids from eligible contractors/firms through the Punjab e-Procurement System for multiple development works. Contractors/firms must be duly enlisted/renewed with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for Financial Year 2026-27 and meet all eligibility requirements. Bidding documents, terms and conditions, eligibility criteria, specifications and BOQs are available on the Punjab e-Procurement System and the PPRA/Punjab website.

- Submission method: Electronic submission only via Punjab e-Procurement System.
- Last date/time for submission: 2026-09-12 by 13:00 (1:00 PM).
- Bid opening: 2026-09-12 at 13:30 (1:30 PM) in the Office of the District Council Vehari (bidders or authorized representatives may attend).
- Bid security: 5% of the estimated cost required as a Digital Bank Guarantee via the Punjab e-Procurement System (SWIFT MT760). Physical bid securities (CDR, Pay Order, Demand Draft, etc.) will not be accepted. Successful bidder must furnish a performance security equal to 5% of the contract price in accordance with PPRA rules.
