WASA Multan Tender: Supply of Medicines & Vaccines for In‑service and Retired Employees

Water & Sanitation Agency (WASA), Multan invites sealed/electronic bids from registered suppliers/contractors for the supply of medicines and vaccines for WASA Multan employees (in-service & retired). Bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement (EP) System using the Single-Stage One-Envelope bidding procedure.

Key eligibility & instructions:

- Bidders must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System and comply with the e-bidding procedures; manual bids will not be accepted.

- Bidders must be registered with Income Tax and be active taxpayers.

- Suppliers must possess required drug/sale license (e.g., Form-9 for pharmacies) as applicable.

- Bidders should upload bid security and required documents on the EP portal; original documents/undertakings may be required as per tender conditions.

- All relevant terms, evaluation criteria, and bidding documents are available on the Punjab e-Procurement portal. WASA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules.
