Absence Notice to Afshan Mubeen, PST, District Education Office Kasur

The District Education Officer (Female), Elementary Education, Kasur, has issued a final absence notice to Ms. Afshan Mubeen, PST at Government Girls Primary School, Sehjra Abad, Tehsil and District Kasur. She has been absent from duty since 6 January 2026, as reported by the Deputy District Education Officer (Female), Kasur.

Proceedings were initiated under the Punjab Employees Efficiency, Discipline and Accountability Act, 2006 (PEEDA Act). The inquiry officer issued repeated notices, subsequently conducted an ex parte inquiry and submitted a report establishing the allegations. The following correspondence relates to the proceedings:

Ms. Afshan Mubeen did not attend the personal hearings. She is now directed to appear before the undersigned within seven days of publication of this final notice and submit a written explanation of her absence with supporting evidence. Failure to comply will result in ex parte proceedings and removal from service under the PEEDA Act, 2006. Any subsequent excuse will not be accepted.
