Purpose: National competitive e-bidding for supply of mango germplasm and miscellaneous horticulture store items under the ADP scheme “Productivity Enhancement in Mango Sector of Punjab”. Bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk) by authorized dealers / general order suppliers.
Key instructions: Online bids only via Punjab e-Procurement System. Bids will be submitted and opened electronically following the Single-Stage Two-Envelope Open Competitive Bidding procedure in accordance with Punjab procurement rules. Bids must include the required bid security as shown below. Bidders must submit final prices inclusive of all applicable taxes. Taxes will be deducted as per government rules. Non-responsive or incomplete bids will be rejected.
