Purpose of EOI: To obtain indicative prevailing market-based rental values for the listed commercial sites/properties to assist HA Dera Ghazi Khan in determining/reserving appropriate reserve prices for a subsequent open-auction process.

- Description of the site/property for which the offer is being submitted
- Proposed monthly rental value in Pakistani Rupees

Submission instructions and terms: EOIs are requested to be submitted in a sealed envelope to the Office of the Deputy Director Marketing, Horticulture Agency, Dera Ghazi Khan during office hours. The deadline is stated as on or before the 7th day from the date of publication of this EOI. The EOI is for obtaining market information only and does not create any legal/right in favour of the respondent; HA may accept or reject any or all responses as per its rules and procedures.
