PAA Tender: Provision & Installation of Runway Illumination (DMBS) at BKIAP Peshawar – Bid Closing 2026-10-07

Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA), Bacha Khan International Airport (BKIAP) Peshawar invites sealed/electronic bids for providing and installation of illumination of DMBS installed on Runway 35-17R at BKIAP Peshawar. Bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in at-least C-6 or above category with relevant codes EE-04, EE-06 & EE-11.

Submission method: Bids must be submitted electronically via the PPRA e-Procurement System (https://eprocure.gov.pk) before closing time & date. Additionally, a hard copy of the bid along with required documents and bid security must be submitted to the Office of Divisional Engineer ES &M, BKIAP, Peshawar.

Mandatory documents and requirements (summary):

• Original Bid Security in favour of Pakistan Airports Authority (as per tender documents).
• Scanned copy of bid security uploaded on e-PAIDS/eprocurement portal; hard copy to be submitted.
• Certificate of Incorporation / Memorandum & Article of Association or Partnership Deed / Sole Proprietorship on stamp paper Rs. 200 (attested by Notary Public/ Oath Commissioner).
• Active Taxpayer List (ATL), Sales Tax Registration and NTN certificate.
• Professional Tax Certificate issued by Excise & Taxation Department, Govt. of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
• Valid PEC registration / license (C-6 or above) with the relevant specialization codes EE-04, EE-06 & EE-11.
• Affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper (Rs.100) confirming the firm is not blacklisted by any Government / Semi Government / Autonomous Body (attested).
• Power of Attorney/Authorization for the bidder’s representative (if applicable).
• All pages of bidding documents to be signed and stamped by authorized representative.

Important notes:

• Bid documents to be submitted electronically before the stated closing time; hard copies and bid security must also reach the office as instructed.
• PAA reserves the right to reject all bids as per clause 33 of PPRA Rules 2004 (amended).
