Pre-Qualification Notice — Lab Automation, Clinical & Hematology Analyzers (Nishtar Hospital Multan)

Office of the Medical Superintendent, Nishtar Hospital Multan invites pre-qualification applications from manufacturers/sole agents of foreign principals (registered with income and sales tax departments) for supply and placement of latest available models of equipment/machinery on a rental reagent basis for Financial Year 2026-27. Pre-qualification and bidding will be conducted through the Punjab e‑Procurement System (eP).

- Pre-qualification documents and bidding documents are available in English and may be downloaded from the PPRA website and the Punjab e‑Procurement System (eP). Applicants must be manufacturers or authorized sole agents and properly registered with tax authorities.

- Technical and financial proposals must be submitted online through the Punjab e‑Procurement System (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk). Physical submission requirements indicated in the tender document must also be followed where specified.

- Procurements will follow Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (single-stage two-envelope SSTE bidding procedure). Bidders are responsible for ensuring timely online submission; late submissions will not be accepted.
