Tender: Framework Contract for Local Purchase of Medicines & Medical Devices — THQ Hospital Lalian

Issuer: Medical Superintendent, THQ Hospital Lalian (Government of Punjab). Sealed e-bids are invited for a framework contract for day-to-day local purchases of medicines and medical devices (surgical & disposable) for FY 2026-27.

How to apply and submission details:

- Bidding documents are available free of cost on the PPRA website (www.ppra.org.pk) and the Punjab e-Procurement system (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/auth/login). Interested parties must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement system prior to submission.

- Procurement will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement system. Bidding will follow a Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure as per Rule 38(2) of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended).

- Last date/time for uploading/submission of e-bids: 2026-09-18 until 12:00 PM (Punjab e-Procurement system). E-bids received by the stipulated date/time will be opened the same day at 12:30 PM on the Punjab e-Procurement system. Late bids will not be entertained.

- Bid security: 2% of the estimated cost. Bid security must be deposited through the prescribed online PSID mechanism on the Punjab e-Procurement system in favor of the Medical Superintendent, THQ Hospital Lalian, Chiniot.

- The Procurement/Bidding Process will be governed by the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended). Bidders should read the bidding document carefully.
