Executive Engineer, LG&CD, Civil Division Works Gujranwala (issued through Assistant Engineer, LG&CD, Civil Sub‑Division Gujranwala) invites e‑tenders from registered Engineering Firms/Contractors for multiple road and drainage construction/rehabilitation schemes in District Wazirabad. Procurement is through the Punjab e‑Procurement (ePAD) system. Firms must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and have valid registration with Punjab PPRA where required.
Key conditions:
- Single Stage Single Envelope bidding procedure.
- Contractors/firms must be registered with PEC in relevant category and have valid renewal (NTN/Tax etc.).
- Bid security / Performance Guarantee: 5% of the contract amount. Under Clause‑56 of PPRA Rules, 2014 (Performance Guarantee) successful bidder shall submit Performance Guarantee @5% of contract amount within 15 days of receipt of offer letter in favor of Executive Engineer LG&CD, Civil Division Gujranwala in the form of CDR/Bank Draft/Bank Guarantee/Cheque/Pay Order. Submission of 05% Performance Guarantee is mandatory for successful bidder.
- All bids must be submitted digitally through the Punjab eProcurement System only (no manual bids/banking instruments accepted).
- Rates quoted in percentage above/below or below of Estimated/ DNIT cost will not be considered.
- Response time shall be calculated from the date of publication of tender on the Punjab eProcurement website. MRS Rates of 1st Bi‑Annual 2026 are applicable on these schemes.
