Principal, Cadet College Palandri invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from reputable national and international firms, consortiums, developers, investors and operators for development, financing, construction, operation, maintenance and transfer under a Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) arrangement of mixed-use public recreation and commercial projects on Government-owned land at Cadet College Palandri.
Eligible bidders: Reputable national & international firms, consortiums, developers, investors and operators with relevant technical and financial capacity.
