Issuer: Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP), F-Block, Pak Secretariat, Islamabad. Reference: P#50354. BISP has reserved funds for procurement planned for FY 2026-27 and invites e-bids from eligible bidders for procurement of stores and spares, electrical items, stationery items and toners under the subject contract.
Submission and bidding procedure: Single Stage-One Envelope procedure in accordance with Public Procurement Rules, 2004. All bids must be accompanied by bid security as described in the bidding documents (Call at Deposit, Demand Draft or as specified). Manual submission of bids shall not be entertained. Interested bidders must register on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 and obtain access to the bidding documents. E-bids prepared in accordance with the instructions in the e-bidding documents must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Thursday, 10 September 2026 at 11:00 AM. E-bids will be opened on Thursday, 10 September 2026 at 11:30 AM on EPADS v2.0.
