| Experience | At least 15 years of progressively responsible post-qualification relevant experience. Preference for candidates with research publications related to insurance, NBFCs, and securities markets |
| Appointment | Contractual for three (3) years, extendable based on organisational need and performance. Commission may consider regularisation after three years subject to prescribed criteria |
| Age Limit | Maximum 50 years as of the closing date of application submission |
| Inclusivity | Applications encouraged from female candidates, minorities, persons with different abilities, and candidates from Balochistan, Ex-FATA districts, Gilgit-Baltistan, and Azad Jammu & Kashmir (AJK) |
