National Disaster Risk Management Fund (NDRMF) invites e-bids for the supply, installation and commissioning of multiple AC units under EPADS V2 No. P87139. The procurement follows Public Procurement Rules, 2004 — Single Stage One Envelope Procedure. Bidders must be authorized dealers with established offices in Islamabad or Rawalpindi, registered with relevant tax authorities and meet the eligibility and qualification requirements in the bidding document.
Bidding documents (free of cost) are available for download from the PPRA website, NDRMF website and PPRA EPAD System v2.0. Bidders must submit proposals through the PPRA EPAD System v2.0; original bid security instruments in the prescribed form must be submitted in a sealed and properly marked envelope to the Fund as per the schedule below.
