Bata Pakistan Limited has issued a notice under Section 159(4) of the Companies Act, 2017 confirming the election of directors. An Extraordinary General Meeting (EOGM) is scheduled for Monday, 21 September 2026 at 11:00 AM at the registered office and via video link.
Because the number of persons offering themselves for election does not exceed the number of directors fixed by the Board under Section 159(1), the following seven persons shall be deemed to have been elected as Directors of the Company in accordance with Section 159(4).
