Cantonment Board Wah: Notice of Proposed Transfer of Tenancy Rights — Plot 33-F (Survey A-16)

The Cantonment Board Wah Cantonment gives public notice that office records show Property No. 33-F (Survey No. A-16, Schedule IX-A under CLA Rules 1937) in Officers' Colony, Wah Cantt. The registered owners have appointed Ms. Asma Hasan (wife of Hasan Ilyas, resident of House No. 17-F, Officers' Colony) as general attorney by document No. 124 dated 2024-08-03 to seek transfer of the property's tenancy/patta rights by oral gift (Shariah) in favour of her husband, Hasan Ilyas son of Muhammad Ilyas.

Any person or institution having an objection must submit the objection with supporting evidence within fifteen (15) days of this notice's publication by registered post or by presenting it at the Cantonment Board Wah office; otherwise proceedings will continue under the applicable rules and no appeal in this regard will be accepted.
