Cantonment Board Wah: Notice of Proposed Transfer of Patta Rights for Property No. 53-B

Cantonment Board Wah Cantonment gives notice that, according to office records and NADRA certificate No. 900000128369 dated 2026-03-02, the patta/ownership rights in respect of Property No. 53-B (Survey No. 16) in Wah Cantonment, previously held in the name of the late (deceased) Saleha (wife of Syed Alimdar Hussain Naqvi; date of death 2010-06-18), are proposed to be transferred to the legal and religious heirs listed in the application filed with the Cantonment Board office.

Any person or institution having an objection must submit it with supporting evidence within 15 days of this notice’s publication by registered post or in person to the office of the Cantonment Board Wah Cantonment. After that period, proceedings will continue as per rules and no further appeals will be entertained. Issued by the Executive Officer, Cantonment Board Wah Cantonment.
