Office of the Chief Collector Customs (Airports), Islamabad invites pre-qualification applications from interested automobile workshops, dealerships or firms for recurrent repair and maintenance services of operational vehicles under a Framework Agreement for FY 2026-27.

Scope	Pre-qualification for provision of repair & maintenance services (mechanical/electrical repair, engine overhauling, denting/painting, diagnostic services, wheel alignment/balancing, supply/replacement of spare parts including tyres and batteries, and related consumables) for various makes and models of Customs operational vehicles.
Key Eligibility & Requirements	Demonstrated experience and capability in vehicle repair & maintenance for various makes/models. Adequate qualified technical personnel, machinery, tools, diagnostic equipment and necessary plant/facilities. Sufficient workshop/repairing and parking/inspection space and functional facilities for wheel alignment and balancing. Availability/access to genuine or quality-assured spare parts, tyres and consumables as per specifications. Valid NTN and STRN/GST registration where applicable. Affidavit declaring the firm is not blacklisted/debarred by any Federal or Provincial Government department, public sector organization or other procuring agency. Maintain emergency response arrangement and timely official vehicle repair services within agreed response times; warranty obligations on replaced parts/repairs per Framework Agreement terms.
Application / Submission	Submit pre-qualification applications through ePADS/ePAQS 2.0 in the prescribed manner. Hard copy with required documents to be presented at the Office of the Chief Collector Customs (Airports), 4th Floor, Custom House, Islamabad as specified. Applications will be opened at 12:30 PM on the same day of submission.
Earnest Money / Fee	Rs. 150,000 (call deposit / pay order in favor of DCO, Office of the Chief Collector Customs (Airports), Islamabad) to be submitted with the application.
Legal / Contract	Framework Agreement to be established in accordance with Rule 16A of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Procuring Agency reserves the right to accept/reject applications per Rule 33 of PPR 2004.
