A public sector organization in D.G. Khan invites sealed tenders from reputed manufacturers and suppliers (registered with FBR, having office, telephone and sales tax registration) for supply of the listed items on F.O.R. basis as per tender documents.
Key instructions (as published):
- Tender documents with detailed specifications and terms can be obtained by applying on firm's letterhead on payment of Rs. 1,000/- per tender (non-refundable) by Demand Draft (or cashable bank instrument) in favour of the Accounts Officer.
- 2% earnest money must be enclosed in a separate sealed envelope in the shape of call deposit/pay order in favour of the Accounts Officer.
- Quotations must reach the office of Sr. Admin Officer (Proc), P.O. Box No.2, D.G. Khan by the time (14:00 hrs) indicated against each tender; opening will be same day at 14:30 hrs in presence of bidders.
- Tender Nos. 01/26 & 02/26: Single Stage – Two Envelope (submit Technical & Financial proposals in separate sealed envelopes). Tender Nos. 03/26 to 11/26: Single Stage – Single Envelope.
- Samples must be attached with the technical proposal where required. Financial bids (for technically acceptable offers) will be opened tentatively on 2026-10-28 at 10:30 hrs.
- Authority may accept or reject any or all quotations. Handwritten/unsigned/unsealed offers will be rejected. Advertisement also available on PPRA website.
