Tender Nos. 31 & 44/2026 — Construction of Masjid at Runghan and Electrical Workshop near D.G. Khan

Issuer: Public Sector Organization (Works Directorate, D.G. Khan)

Purpose: Invitation for sealed tenders from pre-qualified/enlisted and security-cleared civil contractors for two construction works. Completion period for both projects: 09 months.

Tender documents: Available from Works Directorate, D.G. Khan Office during working hours (Mon–Fri, 0900–1600 Hrs) against a fee of Rs. 3,500 (Tender No. 31/2026) and Rs. 5,000 (Tender No. 44/2026). Issuance of tender documents closes one day before opening.

Bid security: Fixed bid security in the form of CDR or Bank Guarantee from scheduled banks of Pakistan must be submitted with financial bids. If Bank Guarantee is submitted it must expire at least 6 months from the bid opening date and be in favor of "Director Finance Works". Bid security must be enclosed in a separate sealed envelope with the work name clearly marked.

Submission requirements and conditions: Two copies of BOQ (one original and one photocopy); rates to be written in figures and words (words prevail on conflict); incomplete proposals will be treated as non-responsive; tenders will not be issued or accepted by post/courier/telegraphic means; Tender Evaluation Committee may request analysis of quoted rates.
