Tender: Construction of Janazgah at UC-Jahman, Lahore (TEPA, LDA)

Traffic Engineering & Transport Planning Agency (TEPA), Lahore Development Authority (LDA) invites bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System (EP) from registered contractors/firms registered on EP and with active tax filer status (NTN and PNTN) and registration with FBR & PRA for the following work.

How to apply / Bid submission: Procurement shall be carried out through the Punjab e-Procurement System (EP) and Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) rules. Bidders must obtain bidding documents and submit bids online via the EP SYSTEM. Single-stage two-envelope bidding procedure will be adopted. Technical bids must be submitted on EP SYSTEM on or before 2026-09-07 at 10:30 AM; technical bids will be opened at 11:00 AM on the same day.

Bid security: A bid security in the shape of Bank Guarantee / CDR (valid for bid validity period + 20 days) equal to 5% of the estimated cost must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System (EP) before closing time for submission of e-bids.

Eligibility & evaluation: Financial bids of technically responsive bidders only will be opened. Bidders found technically non-responsive will have their financial bids remain unopened. The procuring agency may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance in accordance with PPRA rules.

Important notes: Bids submitted by hand, by telegraph, or by post will not be accepted; only bids uploaded on EP SYSTEM shall be considered.
