MES Tender — Emergency Works at PAF Bases (Multiple Packages) — DW&CE (PAF) Chaklala

Issuer: Military Engineer Services (Office of DW&CE (PAF) Chaklala). Tender Notice No. DW&CE/6000-Advt-Sgd/94/E-6. Sealed tenders are invited for emergency works for provision of certain facilities at various PAF bases under PPRA Rule 42-C(v).

Key instructions: Applicants must submit requests for issuance of tender documents along with complete credentials as per the notice. Applications will be scrutinized and field-verified; tender documents will be issued only to scrutinized contractors. All contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and submit a copy of their registration. Contractors registered with MES in categories 'A' and 'B' with relevant experience for these works are eligible to apply. Contractors must provide a certificate that they are not involved in any litigation with Government Departments or have any outstanding matters with the Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation (E-in-C's Branch GHQ). Contractors may be present at the time of tender opening. The Accepting Officer reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders.

Deadline for receipt of tenders: 2026-09-03 by 11:30 Hrs. Tender opening: 2026-09-03 at 12:00 Hrs.

Notes: Tender documents will be issued only after scrutiny of credentials and field satisfaction. Rejected tenders will be dealt with as per Para 33(1) of PPRA Rules.
