GIK Institute Tender for Supply & Installation of 4‑Ton, 2‑Ton and 1.5‑Ton Air Conditioners

Issuer: Assistant Director Procurement, Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Engineering Sciences and Technology (GIK Institute), Topi, Swabi (KP).

Tender No: GIKVPD/MC-FCSE-1150/26. Sealed bids under Single Stage One Envelope procedure are invited from registered authorized dealers, distributors and manufacturers registered with tax authorities for supply and complete installation (including cables and other allied items) of AC units.

Eligibility & conditions: Registered authorized dealers/distributors & manufacturers; must be registered with tax authorities. Tender fee (non‑refundable): Rs. 2,000. Earnest money: 2% of total bid cost (payable with sealed bid).

Submission: Sealed bids along with tender fee and earnest money should reach the Assistant Director Procurement, GIK Institute, Admin Block Room # F-12, Topi, Swabi on or before 15:00 Hours on 2026-09-04. Bids will be opened in the presence of available bidders at 15:30 Hours on the same day.
