Tender: Procurement of Imported Paper, Boards & P.S. Plates — Cabinet Division Islamabad (PCP.1-22/2026-P&D)

Purpose: Invitation to bids for supply of various imported and local printing papers, boards and P.S. plates. Bids must be uploaded on EPADS 2.0 and corresponding hard copy security documents must reach the Manager, Printing Corporation of Pakistan, Head Office, on or before the deadline. The procuring agency reserves the right to increase/decrease quantities or reject/cancel any or all tenders per Public Procurement Rules, 2004.

Key submission & bid conditions:

- Bids/offers must be uploaded on EPADS 2.0 by 2026-09-28 14:00. The hard copy of bids and bid securities must also reach the undersigned by the same date and time.

- Bids will be opened on the same day at 14:30.

- All bids must be accompanied by Earnest Money/Security Money as per item-wise requirements. Bids without security will be disqualified.

- At least two (02) full-size sample sheets of each offered paper/card must be submitted along with item-wise Bid Security as mentioned in the tender (hard copy of bid security in the shape of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Demand Draft or Call Deposit Receipt).

- Bidders/suppliers may tender for any one or more items according to their capacity.

- Bid validity: 90 days.

How to apply: Upload complete bids on EPADS 2.0 and submit required hard copy bid security and samples to Manager, Printing Corporation of Pakistan, Head Office, Khyaban-e-Suhrawardy, G-7/4, Islamabad by the deadline.
