TMC-I Makki Shah Sukkur – Open Auction for 2026–27 Tax & Fee Collection Rights

Issuer: Town Municipal Commissioner, Town Municipal Corporation‑I (Makki Shah), Sukkur. Purpose: Open auction of rights for collection of specified taxes, fees and licenses for the financial year 2026–2027 (period stated 01/06/2026 to 30/06/2026).

Auction dates & time: 2026-09-07 and 2026-09-16 at 11:00 AM in the Tax Branch, Town Municipal Corporation Makki Shah, Sukkur.

Required deposit and documents: All participants must deposit 10% of the official bid amount as call deposit / pay order (original) in favour of Town Municipal Corporation Makki Shah and submit copies of CNIC, active FBR certificate, bank certificate confirming maintenance of a sound account and an affidavit on original e‑stamp paper (Rs. 500) confirming that the bidder or its company is not a defaulter and is not blacklisted by any council, institution, government department or agency.

Important conditions:

• Contractors may bid for one or more licenses by paying the security amount for each license.
• No conditional offers will be accepted.
• The successful bidder must pay any difference due immediately after fall of hammer (same day); failure to do so may result in forfeiture of security and re‑auction of the license.
• Successful bidders are liable to pay Income Tax, Stamp Duty and other applicable taxes/dues as per rules and bylaws.
• Defaulters and blacklisted contractors/firms/suppliers/agencies are not eligible to participate.
• The Competent Authority of Town Municipal Corporation Makki Shah reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids; its decision will be final and binding.
