Shareholders who have not provided a valid Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) and complete bank account details including International Bank Account Number (IBAN) have had their dividends withheld in accordance with Section 242 of the Companies Act, 2017 and Regulation 6 of the Companies (Distribution of Dividends) Regulations, 2017.

To obtain withheld dividends:

  • Shareholders holding physical shares should submit a legible copy of their valid CNIC and complete bank details (including IBAN) to the Company's Shares Registrar at the address above and by filing the form available on the company website.
  • For shares held in CDC, shareholders should provide the requisite details to CDC Investor Account Services, their CDC Participant, or broker.
