GIKI Tender for Supply & Installation of 4‑Ton, 2‑Ton & 1.5‑Ton DC Inverter Air Conditioners (Tender # GIKI/PD/MC-FCSE-1150/26)

Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Engineering Sciences and Technology (GIKI) invites sealed bids (Single Stage One Envelope) from registered authorized dealers, distributors, and manufacturers registered with tax authorities for supply and complete installation, including cables and allied items, of DC inverter air conditioners.

Tender documents and detailed terms & conditions are available for download from www.giki.edu.pk or can be collected in person from GIK Admin Block, Room # F-12. Tender fee (non‑refundable): Rs. 2,000/-. Sealed bids must be accompanied by 2% earnest money on the total bid cost.

Submission deadline: bids must reach the undersigned office by 15:00 Hours on 2026-09-04. Proposals will be opened at 15:30 Hours on the same day in the presence of available bidders. A site visit is recommended to assess installation requirements including cable lengths, routing, and other allied items. The University reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities or to accept or reject any or all bids.
